This is a wonderful place to stay. You will be happy if you choose this spot. I had only one problem. We had a one bedroom but we were three people. I assumed the couch was a pull-out bed. You would be sleeping on the couch, as pictured, however one of the sections rotates so that it is longer.

There is an amazing breakfast spot right across the street. You are steps from the beach and the best restaurants. They provided plenty of towels. And the best was the two office style with nozzle spring water jugs that they provide so you never have to drink or cook with tap water.

There is a functioning coffee maker. I highly recommend this airnbn! The pictures for Jeff's condo simply don't do it justice! It is incredibly located right downtown. The pool and balcony are fantastic for lounging, and we rarely saw anyone else around so it felt quite private.

The communication was as good as it gets. We can't wait to stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres - either for the first time or if you are a long-time fan and visitor. Beautiful ocean vistas during the day and star gazing at night on the rooftop patio. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation and this space was the perfect fit. It was convenient to have a kitchen for an occasional at home meal. Highly recommend and already planning a return visit. Aarons place is in the middle of downtown Isla but very quiet! The ferry terminal, restaurants, stores and playa norte are in walking distance! We got a very extensive list of restaurants and things to do around the island from Aaron!

We had a great stay and would definitively return to the casita! Maria and Aaron were absolutely great hosts with a very comfortable little spot on the water. Hearing the waves crash and enjoying a constant cool ocean breeze made our island stay so nice with the added touch of the roof amenities and the wrap around windows!

Any questions I had about the place or the island were answered within minutes before, during and after my stay. I and my friend both took our work with us and had no problems at all connecting to and using the high-speed internet that is provided, which was a huge deal for us.

AC and fans cooled the room down in minutes after coming back from a day of exploring and beach sitting, which was very appreciated by the both of us. We got married on the rooftop patio. Nelinda has a beautiful place-it is just like the pictures with a beautiful view. This is a great location, away from the hectic north end but located near many wonderful restaurants. The Mango cafe is only a couple blocks away,if that, and Rosa Sirena is very close too.

In the welcome book you will find in the apartment, there is information about anything that might interest you about the isla.

We enjoyed the less central location away from the husstle and with cheap restaurants nearby. What you should consider, though, is that as the apartment is in a more residential area, there are a lot more dogs than you would encounter in the more touristic areas. This is certainly not the fault of the Casa Turqueza, but it is something worth bearing in mind. Isla Mujeres is a lovely, local feeling, chilled out island that has some beautiful spots.

Lisa's place is in a nice middle location that's out of the hectic ferry area, but not so far away that it's inconvenient to get around. The apartment is super homey, very beachy and cosy feeling, with lovely views and easy access to the Caribbean side of the water.

The sunrises are unreal! There's lots of construction around the island, but the apartment is in a completed block that's not too noisy and doesn't have buildings under construction close to it. Lisa's binder for the island was so helpful, we just worked our way through it. Great tips for food, tourist attractions and local knowledge. If you want a more local vibe, away from the hotel and resort style options, would highly recommend.

We loved using the golf carts to bomb around the island and check out. Taxis are cheap, but the freedom of having a cart was super fun, don't bother with renting a whole car. Lisa was a very responsive and helpful host, had a great stay and would stay again if we ever come back! The house is really beautiful. Also, the host is very kind. You can see the sea directly from the housr, and if you look at it, you can feel peaceful.

Lisa's place is the best!! We stayed there for 4 days, the Place is well decorated, very staylish and the kitchen has all the instruments we needed and even more!! Comunication with lisa was great! Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en el hospedaje con Cosette. Desde el inicio todas nuestras dudas fueron aclaradas sobre el hospedaje, la zona de ubicacacion de la casa, etc. Incluso Cosette dio apertura para hacer una videollamada y aclarar dudas. Al inicio reservamos un departamento con Cosette pero por disponibilidad nos abrió las puertas de su casa y resulto mucho mejor por el espacio físico ya que tuvimos una casa completa para nosotros solos.

Tuvimos a la piscina a 10 metros del departamento y una vista espectacular al océano. Hay un restaurante en la playa llamado la Palapa Beach con algunas opciones de comida muy buenas y a bajo costo.

Durante el hospedaje que fue de 10 días tuvimos inquietudes que fueron aclarados por Cosette y Javier su esposo inmediatamente via Hidden by Airbnb ya que ella estaba de vacaciones. En fin todo estuvo excelente realmente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí nuevamente.

Cosette's apartment has a great view of the ocean. It is nice and cozy and is well furnished. There are pots and pans and a few basic cooking supplies that she provides, and she makes sure that the apartment is clean for any guest!

One recommendation for anyone staying in the apartment is to make sure not to leave any food out, as it will attract many ants. Cosette was a great host, although she wasn't as responsive at times since she was also on vacation. The people that live in the neighboring apartments are all very friendly and I would highly suggest you speak with them about any kind of local restaurants and events, as they give very good recommendations!

The location of the apartment is not too far from the city, as a taxi will get you into the heart of the city for roughly 50 pesos. The apartment was great, righ in front of the sea, with a great pool and a great location.

We slept with the screen door open and the front windows open creating a wonderful breeze. We stayed for a month, which is a bit out of the ordinary I understand. I mention this because we have different requirements than people staying for a regular vacation.

I would recommend this apartment for short stays. The kitchen is equipped with the necessities for making small meals.

The location is removed from the city and tourist areas, which is nice. The only issue for us was that we had to take cabs to get our groceries each time as there is no local market, we also would have had to take a cab or bus to do laundry as there is none available in the building luckily Cosette helped us out and took it to the laundromat for us.

We also had to take cabs home every night when we went out as the small public transit busses stop running after about 8pm. If you are on vacation there are several restaurants right next to the public beach next to the apartment, they all close around 7pm though, so going out to dinner is a journey to the downtown area or hotel zone.

The location is very residential and safe. The condo is located Puerto Juarez, about a 15 minute walk past the ferry dock where you can go to Isla Mujeres. Note that the condos listed by Cosette aren't owned by her, but she is the administrator for the building - they are owned by others.

The condo is located out of the centre, but it's easy to get into town by colectivo or taxi just be sure to hail a taxi on the road for 30 pesos rather than at a taxi stand which costs much more. Be sure to do your research on where things are or what you want to do, because there isn't much information available.

It was very helpful for us to have a laptop with us to access online information about activities. We connected by getting the wifi information from a neighbour. Pool is lovely and refreshing, and there are a few lounge chairs available.

I took my daughter to the beach below one morning without issue. She loved it as there was a treasure trove of sea shells and sea life to discover. The condo has fully functional kitchen with dishes, cups, silverware, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, etc.

They also provided drinking water which is a huge plus in Mexico. The owner even provided a six pack of beer that was welcomed after a long journey. Once we got the lay of the land and learned where the local super market was, we stocked the fridge with food and lived a routine just like we would have in our own home.

The maid service was fantastic as they changed the linens every other day and cleaned the condo kind of made us feel like we were in a hotel as well. It was a very nice touch. In closing, we loved the place and will plan our next trip to the island and stay here again if it is available. What an amazing place! Our stay was perfect.

The views were beautiful, the kitchen was perfectly set up so we could make meals, conveniently located next to delicious restaurants and easy to catch a cheap cab to the downtown area.
